This service is designed to increase participants’ independence by providing safe and reliable transport support. Participants can access training in public transport, aids, and equipment to travel confidently, as well as vehicle modifications for private vehicles if required.

Funding is generally available through the NDIS for participants who cannot use public transport without substantial difficulty due to their disability. This support enables access to appointments, shopping, social activities, and community programs, promoting greater inclusion, confidence, and mobility.
